Mentone Life Saving Club offers activities and opportunities for people of all ages. It is a great family environment with many advantages such as training and personal development. If you would like to become a member of Mentone Life Saving Club, please follow the below instructions.
The Club’s preferred method is for its members to renew/join online via SLSA’s Lifesaving Online website. This website allows you to electronically submit your membership and pay via credit card. If you would prefer to pay by cash/cheque there is an option below to download manual forms.

If you would prefer to renew/join Mentone Lifesaving Club by paying cash/cheque you will need to download one of the below forms (either for a family or single member – depending on your circumstances). You will need to fill out the form electronically (please avoid handwriting the form where possible as it makes it difficult for the club registrar to enter your details in the SLSA database). When you filled it in, print it off and either mail it back to the club or put it in the drop box in the kitchen with your payment.
