Summer Nippers Setup and Pack up Duties
Nippers Sundays requires volunteers for Setup/Merchandise Shop and Packup/BBQ.
Setup starts at 8:20am and completes at 9:20am.
Clothing shop starts at 9:00am and finishes around 10:30am
Packup starts at the conclusion of Nippers and finishes at 11:45am
BBQ starts at 10:00am and finishes at 11:45am
The number of volunteers should be as follows:

Board Rescue Boards to Starfish Nipper Area
Setup Age Group Flags in Front of Club
Setup Cones for age group locations (see map below)
Put Age Group Tubs with Flags
Buoys per age group (U10+)
Distribute Orange Poles
Put Boards with each area
Setup Sprint Track (to the south of U14s)
Setup BBQ Tent
Open First Aid Room
BBQ
Setting up Food
Cooking Food
Extra food to patrol (when patrol is running)
Clean up
Clothing Shop
Arranging merchandise
Selling
Packing up

Boards on rack
Rinse boards
Return Racks inside
Packup BBQ Tent
Return Tubs to Nipper Room
